"Order mix-up got fixed easy"
I had a little mix up thing happen with my online order, so I emailed them about it. Their customer service got back to me quick, which was nice, and they fixed it without making it a whole big hassle. I really appreciated that it was just simple and not stressful.

"Delivery was pretty much right on time"
I ordered dinner from Baja Fresh, and the delivery came quickly. The food was still warm, everything seemed packed well, and as far as I could tell, nothing was missing. Overall, it was a easy, no-hassle experience

"Good Salsa Bar, Could Use More Refilling"
The salsa bar was good overall, but a few of the bins looked like they were running low. Based on this visit, it seems like they might not always keep everything topped off, but the options I tried were still tasty.

"Clean and Comfortable Visit"
I’m trying to think if there was anything messy that stood out, but the place seemed clean when I went in. The tables looked wiped down, the floors were in good shape, and the salsa bar area wasn’t all chaotic or gross. Even the bathrooms were decent, which I always notice. Maybe I just came at a good time, but it made the meal feel easy and comfortable

"Food Showed Up Hot and Fresh"
When my order arrived, the first thing I noticed was that it was actually still hot, not that lukewarm temperature you sometimes get with delivery. The tacos tasted fresh, and even the rice was still warm, which made the whole meal feel a lot better.

"Fresher than some, but still hit or miss"
It tasted fresh overall, definitely better than a lot of places I’ve tried, but the salsa was kind of a letdown. Compared to the rest of the meal, it tasted a little old, so the whole experience was just okay

"Friendly enough, but felt a little rushed"
To be fair, the staff was nice and they did greet me when I came in, which I appreciated. The only thing is it felt a bit rushed when I was ordering, and they weren’t super helpful when I asked about the menu. It wasn’t a bad experience by any means, just kind of average for me.

I’ve been here a few times now, and the food pretty much tastes the same every visit, which I actually appreciate. If you’re looking for something exciting or different each time, it might not stand out, but when I just want a reliable meal, it does the job. No real complaints from me.

"Easy pickup and my food was ready"
I ordered through bajafresh.com for pickup, it was easy. Nothing confusing. Just picked what I wanted and got the order in fast.

When I showed up, my bag was already sitting on the pickup shelf with my name on it. No waiting around. No trying to get someone’s attention. Always a plus.

The food was still warm, and everything was in the bag, even the extra salsa. Simple, quick, no hassle. I’d definitely use it again.

I’ve ordered from Baja Fresh through bajafresh.com a few times now, it’s been smooth every time. The site is easy to use, I can find what I want quickly, and checkout doesn’t turn into a hassle. I usually trust my gut with places like this, and so far it hasn’t let me down. The food has been fresh, ready when I show up, and the portions are solid. The flavor was actually decent, but it just didn’t taste as fresh as I was hoping. It wasn’t terrible, but for me, freshness makes a big difference, so I’m not sure I’d go out of my way to get it again.

"Honestly... solid for the price!!!"
Baja Fresh is fair when it comes to pricing!! The portions are decent, the food tastes fresh enough, and I definitely don’t feel like I’m getting ripped off or anything... so yeah, 5 stars from me!!!

"Pretty filling overall"
I grabbed Baja Fresh and the portion was solid. The burrito was packed good and the side of chips was enough too. Only thing, the meat could’ve been spread out a little better... some bites were mostly rice. Still though I was full and it felt worth it
